TTP offers a free city-supported service that surfaces high quality diverse local talent from all NYC colleges and bootcamps. We work hand-in-hand with your team to find and screen talent that will fit your needs.

Meet Franchell.

She is currently a Digital Project Manager at designory.

Bronx-native Franchell studied Anthropology and was a special education teacher before being awarded a TTP web development fellowship at Flatiron School. Upon graduating, we mentored Franchell on how her skills matched a variety of jobs in tech.

Franchell now combines her passion for human connection with her skills in software engineering and teaching.

Meet Claudia.

She is currently a software engineer at Wunderkind.

After working as a photographer, Claudia decided to pursue a tech career. She completed a Fullstack Academy course and, with 1-on-1 mentorship from us, she landed her first engineering job.

Now, Claudia combines coding and creativity as she writes email integrations that go out to millions of people and increase revenue sales.
